The good bits:-

This Midge is built on a Triumph Herald Chassis. It is finished in aluminium which could be improved by further polishing! It has the 1500cc engine with an unleaded head, twin 1½"carburettors, electronic ignition and a custom built exhaust manifold. Twin aero screens and wire wheels are also fitted. The Midge has a current MOT which expires at the end of June.

The bad bits:-

The Midge requires new seats, the dashboard renovating and a general tidy-up. The wire wheels also require some refurbishment. The car is drivable, but it has been off the road for nearly a year, so it does need checking out.

For sale Why not have the one and only 1937 Morris 8 Hot Rod on modified midge chassis? 1600 cc ford engine, extensive body mods - needs a rebuild as body separate from chassis and will require attachment and re-wire etc. Was running before had to adapt chassis when original Morris 8 chassis couldn't manage the torque.
